These Terms govern your use of robinandjesper.com (the "Site"), the free guides we send, and the waiting list. The Site is operated by Robin & Jesper LTD, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (company number HE 396002), with registered office at Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus, VAT CY 10396002I. In these Terms we call it "Robin & Jesper," "we," or "us."
By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Site is
The guides are free, general educational content: how people sell what they know, and why it works or does not. They are our opinion, formed from our own experience teaching online, and not professional business, legal, tax or financial advice. Results depend on you. The numbers we quote about ourselves are ours; they are not a promise of what you will earn.
2. Nothing is for sale here yet
Joining the waiting list is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. If and when we offer a paid product, it will have its own terms, price and refund policy, shown before you buy.
The Followers to Income Audit at /audit is free. Its result is a suggestion about what kind of product to make, based on your own answers and a fixed rule. It is not professional advice, and it is not a promise that a product will sell or that you will earn anything. Any figures it shows are published averages, not predictions for you. Your result page lives at a link with an unguessable id; anyone with the link can open it, so share it only if you want to. Give us accurate information and do not enter someone else’s email address.
3. Instagram
Our direct messages on Instagram are automated. When you comment a keyword, you are asking us to send you that guide, and we will message you to do so. Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta’s terms, which we do not control.
4. Your use of the Site
You must be at least 18. Give an email you control. Do not scrape the Site, submit automated requests, or use someone else’s link to sign them up.
5. The guides and intellectual property
The Site, the guides and their illustrations are ours. You may forward a guide to someone unchanged and free of charge. You may not sell it, alter it, remove our name from it, or publish it or any part of it as your own.
6. Liability
The Site and the guides are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on a guide. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
